Hepatitis and HIV co infection

I was wondering if you were co infected with Hepatitis C and HIV at the same time would it make you sero convert later than three months. I have lost 20 pounds, night sweats, no appetite, dry mouth but test negative at 84 days. Could hepatitis be affecting my HIV test?

I am sorry, I will not abuse the forum I am just really stressed out. My wife is having a DNC tomorrow and I feel like it was because of me that she misscarried. I have been a mess for the past three months, I am very sorry.

NO, HIV/HCV co-infection will NOT delay HIV Seroconversion beyond 3 months..period. Your NEGATIVE HIV result ( if it was an approved ELISA assay) @ 84 days is indeed DEFINITIVE  and CONCLUSIVE.
