Herpes and HIV

In April I was diagnosed with HSV 2 since the diagnosis I experience loose bowel movements, about a week ago and I started back taking Acyclovir 400 mg twice a day. Before taking my medication, I was experience a high fever, muscle aches and a severe headache. Now I have a few dry spots/rashes on my face (under my chin and on both side of my cheeks). The rashes itches at time with a little burning and my mom thought it was probably due to a sunburn because I was in the pool for a week and a half for about three hours a day. I am concerned with HIV because my last test was in March and it came back negative. Two months ago I started having sex with a new partner. We had sex a few times and each time we had sex the condom broke and he would pull out when he realized what happened. I'm afraid that I contracted HIV during the times he kept going before realizing the condom broke. The last time we had sex was four weeks ago, not two months when we started. If I take a HIV test would I test positive now? I would like to know because me and my ex got back together and plan on getting married and I would like him to be aware of my status. Thank You
