Heterosexual unprotected intercourse - HIV odds

Hi, I'd like to know what the chances are of getting HIV from having unprotected heterosexual intercourse. I'm asking this because last december I had sex for about 5 minutes with a woman which is 99% sure she's fine. It was unprotected. We had a long discussion and she told me that she got tested in june and she was negative and also the due people she slept with said they took a test and were negative. She says she's 99% sure because she doesn't know if she got cheated on. Anyway, it's been almost 7 weeks and I'm freaking out, I suffer of OCD and this the kind of stress that destroys me because I can't think of anything else. Now, I've read taht there's a very low chance of catching the virus from someone who has it. From what I know, she should be fine but, then again, I can't think about anything else but  the worst scenario, like the guy she had sex with cheated on her with someone who had HIV or something etc etc. What should I think?

Anytime you have an unprotected sex is it worrysome. So are you over reacting...maybe maybe not.

by the way, I am not considering possible symptoms as I am on anti depressant pills, anxiety pills and I hardly ever eat, so symptom could possibly be side effects from the pills I'm taking.

thanks, I will. My dr. told me not to be worried about it, and so did a relative of mine who works in a hospital. But the anxiety... do you think I'm overreacting?

you can test now for a good indication of your status but follow up at 3 months for a conclusive result.
