Hi, should I take a RNA test?

I had protected and giving oral sex to 4 different CSW in two months. I know hiv transmitting in oral sex  is very low but since I have receding gum or gum decease - no bleeding though - I am now quite worried and  want to find out asap. Thank you

Your post was a bit confusing. Are you stating that you had protected vaginal sex but unprotected oral?

I'm going with that. You had NO RISK and NO NEED TO TEST for any PROTECTED INSERTIVE VAGINAL SEX.

Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV and you do NOT NEED TO TEST even if your gums are receding and you have some gum disease.

Oral sex IS a risk for other STD's and I would strongly recommend you have a complete STD panel done. It is recommended that anyone who engages in oral sex have an STD panel every three months for prevention.

Hi Ruby, Thank you for your response and I am sorry for the confusion. Yes they were protected sexes and I was giving all the oral sexes. Anyway, to be sue I order a RNA test to confirm that I am negative. I am little nervous but confident that  I will remain negative. God bless you all

If you had PROTECTED INSERTIVE VAGINAL SEX and the condom did not fail...........you have absolutely no reason to take an RNA test.
You had NO RISK

Oral sex, if PROTECTED, is NOT a risk for other STD'S and no testing is required.

The bottom line is that YOU must do what is going to give YOU peace of mind.
I wish you the best
