High Eosinophil and Basophil count

Its been 6.5 weeks since my last possible HIV exposure. Been having symptoms for awhile now though (tiredness+rash on hands+Global tongue+increased acne) I continue to test negative for HIV antibodies. My last test was yesterday and with it came a complete blood count. It revealed the following abnormalities:

Eosinophil%tested 6.1  (normal= 0.5-5.0%)
Eosinophil# tested 0.41(normal= 0.02-0.5 10^9/L)
Basophils% tested 1.3 (normal= 0-1.0%)
Basophils#  tested 0.9 (normal= 0-0.1 10^9/L)
Yet Lymphocyte numbers were smack middle in the average range(lym29.8%/lym#2.0).

Some things also of note:
I am taking Ciprofloxacin for Prostate.
Do suffer from allergies which could effect Eosinophils.

Here is my question to the good experts of this forum: If I were suffering from from ARS/acute HIV would my Lymphocytes be very low? What would be some indicators of Acute HIV from CBC? Thanks for looking at my post~! I am in expat working in China so its MUCH appreciated.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusive negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusive negative results or a no-risk situation will be based up the criteria MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

The condom did seem as if it leaked-plus there are no certainties in life. As you have said before six weeks is a good indication, but not conclusive.

your words:  the condom slipped less than an inch.

unless your penis is only one inch long...then then head of your penis was covered during intercourse.

Regular lab work will give NO indication of HIV status...only an HIV test will do that.

The CSW was from the south of China too...about as high risk as it gets from what I've learned recently.

Lizzie Lou, I don't want to post excessively, just need some facts+ support to hold me over till eight weeks.

The condom slipped enough-less than an inch and for a period of time long enough to leak + allow for some bacteria to form a rash under the head of the penis where the skin covers. Chinese condoms...but I just feel that it was enough exposure to contract HIV. Lets just assume it was enough since lately its been taking me a long time to heal and other once in a lifetime unexplained symptoms. Are these findings suggestive of acute HIV since Basophilia,*almost never a random occurrence*, can indicate antigens in blood? Why not just give me the answer I need-What should I look for in my CBC? Its not like I can find a doctor here that can understand English...Just humour me and I wont bother you again... :(
