High Risk Encounter + ARS symptoms
Hello, so its been around a month since my high risk encounter and I have been experiencing many symptoms of ARS and i've been going crazy with anxiety since I realized it could possibly be HIV but I also think theres a chance it could be something like Mononucleosis (mono).
Here is the story
Today is December 5th, I had unprotected sex with a girl on November 9th ( so far its been 26 days), since then I've had many symptoms since.
I first kissed her on the 26th of October, keep in mind, this is one reason I might believe I have mono instead.
The day after my unprotected sexual encounter on the 9th I remember sensing like a sickness was coming, like the pre-sick feeling. also my partner seemed to have a cold 2 days after we had sex too, so I believed I only contracted a cold. that week i had symptoms including a congested cough (where i would cough up phlegm or blow it out of my nose constantly) i had a stiff neck for a day or two, and a sore throat.
exactly one week later (16th of November) we had sex again, unprotected yet again, and I remember being already sick during it (mostly a cough with a lot of saliva being produced). This time the day after i had a yeast infection or something on my penis (which is uncircumcised and with tight foreskin which is very hard to clean) so I didnt think much about it and just waited for it to recover. The rest of the week I believe I only had a wet cough (never dry) and the occasional headache.
From the 18th to the 26th of November I went home for the week, for a couple of those days I would wake up in the middle of the night with night sweats, I did feel hot under the comforter and i had a ceiling fan blowing on me (even though it was cold in the room). During this week I only had a wet mucusy cough, nightsweats and ONE night of a common cold symptom where i had a runny nose and watery eyes.
This week is when I realized I may have HIV when i looked up reasons for night sweats.
I sort of pushed that idea away for a while and soon went back to my apartment on the 27th of November.
I Still had a congested cough with phlegm and if I didnt cough out the phlegm i could shoot it out of my nose.
I had sex again with the same girl on the 30th of november, (of course unprotected, my thought was "if i already have it it doesnt matter anymore", I still didnt truly believe i had the disease yet, though with my anxiety i was always thinking about it.
after this encounter I got another yeast infection on my penis, (yellow puss drops coming out and slight pain when peeing) I also got swelling in my balls this time. The yeast infection is going away very slowly but i still have it as of today (december 5th). I also noticed one very small white ulcer on my bottom gum and one on my top gum and one on my tongue, I also think i have white tongue.
I just got a sort of ear infection today, its hard to hear from it but it doesnt really hurt
Basically the biggest part of my entire sickness was my mucusy congested cough which lasted the entire time (I still have it) most of the I would blow my nose and get a ton of mucus. This cough at many points in the entire months was the only sickness i had, except for the symptoms I talked about before which would come and go and usually only happen once.
A couple things that happened which may mean something to you:
-I have had a couple random bloody noses which ive never had before
-My sexual partner once said she has Anemia (which i researched to be common in people with hiv)
-I do not think ive ever had a fever, or at least i never noticed one. I never used a thermometer but I do remember being hot at times.
- i kissed her maybe 2 weeks before i experienced any symptoms where as when i had sex with her i experienced some mild symptoms only 3 days later.
-most of my symptoms are On/Off and sometimes only happen once (Except for my congested cough). I haven't really experienced a lot of them all at once, the sort of came in waves
-The phlegm i coughed up the whole times was sometimes white, sometimes yellow, sometimes green and always thick.
-the past week ive been waking up with morning sickness and after i blow my nose and shower it goes away in an hour after waking up
-i had a loss of appetite as well but it might be from anxiety but it could be from HIV/Mono
I ordered an Oraquick test online to test myself but it might be to early to test and get accurate results
please help me and explain these things to me, i cant stop thinking about it i feel so depressed all the time now

Your symptoms aren't classic HIV, besides testing determines ones status, not symptoms.
I'm no Dr but what you describe concerning your penile discharge and pain while urinating has the chance to be gonorrhea which is treatable.
You need to see a Dr about this.
Sounds like your unprotected sex was also vaginal and to play it safe you should test for HIV 28 days post your last unprotected vaginal/anal sex with a 4th generation test.
HIV is not an easy virus to transmit, female to male. Chances are she doesn't have HIV anyway.

It would be a waste of money at this time to use oraquick. It takes longer for HIV antibodies to be detected in saliva.
3 months is the first time you can use oraquick and consider it conclusive.
The 4th gen test I mentioned will mostlikely be an indication of your true HIV status.

I want to make some additions as I feel like I really under exaggerated my symptoms.
-The entire month i have been constantly hot and sweaty
-I forgot to mention I experienced pain while being almost the whole month, (The first few days i had to pee constantly but with no pain)
-I never had diarrhea, but i some point in the weeks i had to take small poops multiple times a day.
-the stiff neck i mention before was actually very intense, ( i feel like i worded it in a way that it wasnt much)
I remember the stiff neck, headache and runny nose being bad enough that i thought i had meningitis until it went away (after 2-3 days)
-The entire month i have been constantly hot and sweaty
-I forgot to mention I experienced pain while being almost the whole month, (The first few days i had to pee constantly but with no pain)
