High Risk and extremely worried

I was exposed on 3 April thru unprotected viginal sex with an HIV positive patner unknowingly only to know about it the following morning after test, and immediately went on pep with in 24 hours, however i have finished PEP a week ago after taking it for a prolonged period,in week 4 i started to have a sore throat and now im having swollen lymph nodes in the neck with the right side more swollen than the other side,also have pain in joints,can this be ARS signs?

No they are not ARS symptoms and you need to test 3 months after the last does of nPEP.Goodluck and the nPEP would reduce the chance of infection by 85%.
