High Risk

i had a protected sex with a lady which i later knew she might be hiv positive cause her ex lover is now on hiv drugs ,so i had protected sex with her and during sex i discover that during ejaculation the condom came down and was at the head of my panis i put my hand inside and held the condom but it did not fall off my panis and my semen was inside the condom and did not spilt out but the base of my panis and was expose am i supposed to worry am i at risk of hiv

When it comes to HIV the head of your penis is the most important part, HIV cannot penetrate skin and the head is the only viable route. If it was covered at all times you had no risk.
