Higher lympho count lower neutrophil HIV?

I have an encounter with a CSW last oct 20, and we have unprotected oral then protected Sex for more than 1 hour....
and i took EIA test " solid phase enzyme immunoassay" and 3 of my test are negative taken from 3 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 1/2 weeks...... but to my despair i keep monitoring my body for changes and the most irritating symptoms if not related to ARS is Frequent Muscle twitching, night sweats and needle/pin tingling attack all over my body....

I took my CBC test today (dec 28, 2010) and i notice i have higher LYMPHOCYTES of 45 and the standard are 25-35..
what does that mean? and my neutrophil is lower 48 while the standard should be 55-66....

I am worried that i may have contracted HIV and its almost near ended the window period

So i took the EIA test today and its already been 2 months and 1 week from last exposure

what do you think about the timeline of the test? do you think it will be negative? or positive? is it highly realiable and unlike to change if negative? is it almost close to conclusive to the 3rd month thingy?

and how sure is the 3rd month that i dont need to have a 6th month and 1year testing?

At 2 months 1 week

Test Method : immunochromatography Assay
Results : Nonreactive for Anti-hiv 1 and Anti-Hiv 2

Any Idea and how reliable this test is? i know its not like the one in america and other 1st world country but i hope this is also reliable....
