You took antibiotics and as a result created an environment for fungi to flourish.

If you have this ancxety using sex workers don't use them.
If you take antibiotics they kill surface bacteria and fungi including the good ones which help keep the bad ones in check. This leaves a clean slate for bad bacteria and fungi to coonise the area.
They should go away in their own time. If they persist or give you trouble get an Rx for a topical anti-fungal prophylaxis.
