Hiv Concern or Just Paranoid

Hiv Concern or Just Paranoid

I am a male. In mid-late October I kissed and and received oral sex from a (did not know at the time) HIV positive guy. I did ask about his status but he lied and ensured me that he was clean and did not have anything that he knew of. Around that time we also had mutual masturbated with him inserting his finger in my rectum (I don't think any of his semen got on me or his fingers) About 4 days later I began to develop a slight cold, I had a Soar throat for about 3-4 days, diarrhea (which isn't unusual), Night sweats, and a slight stomach ache fairly quickly, and coughed uncontrollably. I didn't have sex with this person until a week later (November 1 approximately) where we had (protected) anal sex and I penetrated him I was still sick at the time.  About 3 weeks later (November 20) from that event we had protected sexual intercourse again this time I was penetrated to my knowledge the condom didn't seem to fail and he did not ejaculate inside me. Then a week later I found his HIV Medication where I recognized from online research. He then told me that he positive and was undectectable and takes his medication regulaurly and insured me I could not have gotten the disease from him. I promptly got tested  the next day  for everything and my doctor assured me that my symptoms were that of a cold and not related to hiv The test came out Negative. I Just took my over 3 month test for the first event and 11 weeks from the second event.
1. Should I expect this test to be negative?
2.Does my symptoms sound like a possible HIV initial infection I was sick for approximately 6 weeks?
3. Was my oral sex event and mutual masterbation (masturbation) a risk for hiv?
4. Does my symptoms sound like ARS?
5. Did I have any risk mutual masterbation (masturbation).
6. I also recently relocated across the country at the time from the east coast to the west cost could I have got sick from the temperature, humidity or location change?
7. Can this test be conclusive?

You never had an exposure if the condoms did not break.

You're good to go.
