Hiv Esposure

Please help

I am a circumcised male who had sex with a sex worker, while doing so, the condom broke(left my head exposed) and i pulled out almost immediatly. i can say i could not have been exposed for more than 5 seconds.

after i did not wipe myself and after a couple of minutes i put on a new condom and carried on till i was finished, than only did i wash.

How much is my risk?
Is PEP warrented?

You can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.
