Hiv Risk in the following activities.

I was with a 20 year old sexually very active guy. His HIV status unknown mine negative. We masturbated each other.
Q1. He masturbated himself then masturbated me. Any risk with his cum/ Precum coming in contact with him masturbating me?
Q2. I had Precum on my hands, any risk of me running my eyes with those fingers shortly after I touch his penis and get Precum on my fingers? How about picking nose?

P.S.  All assuming he was positive.

Our assessments are all done under the impression that the other party has HIV. The answers to your questions are No and No. Any bodily fluids, lose their infectiousness once they leave the host. You had no risk.
