Hiv Test 10 weeks

Dear Doc... Iam a 26 Year man from germany... I have some questions to you... In German Forums i dont became good infos..
Sorry but my english ist not so Good...
My Problem... Befor now 12 Weeks i was with some Friends on a fkk Club in Frankfurt...
Ther i had oral sex with a Girl without condom and i had likd her too...
Then sex with condom normally i think so...
After 6 weeks i became a burning on my penis on Toilette.. My doctor give me Antibiotika...
After 8 Werks i have make a hiv rapid Test combo it was negative... One Week later again Test on laboratory... With Hepatitis and Syphilis all negativ... Then After 10 weeks and 5 days again rapid test vika... And it was negativ...
My question... Can i get now 100% secret to iam negativ..

To me i smoke since 5 years weed.. And i have perhaps chlamydien... Doctor give me Antibiotika..
Can i relax and These Tests are all right an i Need no more test???

Yes my friend i know that... But my Brain says the Thing with blood and perhaps the vaginal was without condom... I know that heraus all ill... But i will know... The Test is Right... When it was vaginal without... And i use These Things i have written...

Yes but my paranoid Brain Finds allways a Way to make my nervous... Comes the Thing with Blood... Then i think perhaps was without condom... I really dont know more all things of this night..
This is my Big Problem.. My Brain...
I will know the Things with the antibody Test... Cannabis...Antibiotika..etc...
Can make this 3tests false negativ...

I will only know the Cannabis, Antibiotika, chlamydiens perhaps makes anything for the antibody Test...
But i dont smoke a lot of weed... Max. 1 Joint on evening...
I Need a Safe answer... I will Life again... Not only These paranoid things on my Brain...

You never had an exposure. HIV is not  transmitted by oral sex.
