Hiv Test at 7 weeks - Negative

Hey hey guys,

Got my 7 week test result back today. Had the P24 antigen and Antibody test done, both came back negative.  I have read this is close to 99% reliable, am i right? can i move on?

Previous test history, most people prob know this due to my obsession with being certain i had HIV.

2 weeks post exposure: All std tests - Negative
                       Hiv Antibody - Negative
                       P24 Antigen - Negative

4 weeks post exposure: Hep A + B + C -Negative
                       Syphilis - Negative
                       Hiv Antibody - Negative
                       P24 Antigen - Negative

7 weeks post exposure: Hiv Antibody - Negative
                       P24 Antigen - Negative
                       Syphilis - Negative

So guys, can i be 95-99% confident that i didnt contract HIV, even despite showing symptoms, including massive weight loss (Stress related i think).

Sorry for being a pain, i know you more knownledgable guys are prob fed up of me.
