Hiv and Aids control societies

Hi...
Plz dont give me warning signals... Its not about symptoms or anything like that.

Its about the info i got it from aids control society in my state. I am from kerala btw. At a time when i became very anxious n scared i called the aids cntrol society here (ksacs). And asked if a test at 6 week conclusive or not. And if not, how much accurate it is. As for info hiv infected people are very low here or i dont know of or hasnt met anyone known to have aids. It was a myth to me before i had my low risk exposure or my fisrt time sexual encounter with a sex worker(i regret it).
Lets get back to topic... When i asked the lady through phone in aids control society.. May be a doctor, about the 6 week test. She said it is not at all accurate and i should test at 3 mnth or 12 week. She doesnt asked me about the test or what type it is. Only about exposure.
I dont much rely on hef words... But it was shock to me, as i was some what of releived from my six week 4th gen rapid test.

What do you guys think of her opinion from aids control society?????
Expecting expert opinions.

Thank you guys for answering my previous qstn :)

You had no risk in the first place so you can easily expect a negative on any test regardless. But if you feel like you need to test to see for yourself that you're negative then feel free to do so.

Your test results are not likely to change. You can get a confirmation test on 85th day.

Official window period in many countries is 3 months, so she told you what she knew. Common antibody tests are conclusive after 3 months so yes, in a way she passed on the right info to you
