Hiv exposure through blood on frozen chicken?

i brought these frozen chicken drumsticks today for cooking. there was some blood on them. i dont know whose blood. at the same time i was cutting the onions for frying. while cutting i got a small cut on my thumb and started bleeding. the bleeding stopped after some time. but while i was peeling the skin off the chicken i saw that the blood on chicken touching my cut which was made while cutting onions. first i did not paid attention but then i started freaking. after peeling the skin i washed my hands properly and the cut also. my fear is the blood on the chicken may not be chicken blood and may be human blood which could be hiv infected which could enter through my wound. also the chicken was frozen and i have heard that hiv can live in frozen environment. is it possible for my exposure this way. whose blood can it be, chicken's or any person's. can hiv survive on frozen chicken?? plz help...........

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

You had no risk, fried,frozen or unfrozen.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

wouldn't matter if it was chicken blood or human blood...you had NO risk.

once hiv is exposed to air, it becomes inactive.

If you found blood on fried chicken then it wasn't done.
