Hiv gen 4 test conclusive after 14 months?

I sucked nipples of a sex worker like 14 months back. Vaginal penetration was involed with condom. I also had chapped lips at that time. Test used was hiv1 + 2 antibody woth p24 antigen detection. It was non reactive . Shlould i consider the results as conclusive or go for more senstive test like naat, pcr, western blot?
Also do antibody for hiv always stay in blood like throughout life?what if antibody were not their in my blood though virus is theor ?? Please help !!!

You had no risk, no exposure of any kind, so of course that means your tests are conclusive. You wouldn't test positive for something that you were never exposed to in the first place.

You are negative if no further exposures between the tests
