Hiv in my gut intestines

I have been having major problems since a risky encounter.

I have had diarreah loose stools for 8 weeks straight. I have went from 220 to 200 lbs. I have untreatable oral thrush it won't go away. Have use nystatin and flu ooze.

I have hear that hiv can rapidly deplete immune cells in the gut whip not affecting cd4 cells in he blood as much and in effect hide in my gut.

I have taken duo test at 18 days rapid yes 25 day. Pcr rna test at 35 day and a most recent rapid finger test at 8 weeks.

Is it possible hat hiv is in my gut lymph and not showin in all of these blood tests I feel horrible and the symptoms won't go away ... Please help this is driving me crazy the thrush is he worst. All of this has been diagnosed by doctors.

Okay, digestive problems everyone has. You're so focused on HIV, but has the thought of diabetes ever crossed your mind? That might be more of a possibly before an HIV risk with NO exposure.

It seems it could be from  the  stomach issues you had   but check wiht your doctor  to make sure

Thanks the only thing I can't explain is oral thrush.... Never had it and it won't stop.

You can't get HIV from the activities in which you engaged.  It's not possible.  Protected sex using a condom is not a risk.  Oral sex is not a risk.  You had no risk.  All of your tests came out negative because you were not exposed to HIV.  All of your digestive issues can be explained by anxiety. The more you panic, the more sick you will get. It's all in your head.  Look up anxiety symptoms because all of yours are on the list. Get your anxiety under control and you'll be fine. Bottom line, you need to calm down and stop chasing after a disease that you were never exposed to in the first place.

When I talked to the infectious disease doctor in the hospital she seemed very concerned about my thrush. I can't see her until jan 9 meanwhile I keep having so many problems.

Weight is falling off me and I try to eat even though I am never hungry .... My intestines are constantly making noise and I have not had a single good bowel movement in two months. Right when people see me they ask about all the weight I have lost.

I just wish I could talk to someone I mean really talk to a specialist who could help me. I have been trying to get answers for two months... And have been seeing therapist and psychiatrist too. If the doctors could fix thrush.... My stomach and intestinal issues it would be so easy to deal with the mental part of this but the physical symptoms won't stop. My intestines have been and are gurgling everywhere... I swear they just don't work right since the time I initially got sick. I have been on disability from work for a month.

Is there even a specialist I could talk with ..... Teak I know you are like everyone else and think I am making this up. It is so hard.

Thanks I just have thrush and think I am getting shingles along my waistline this evening..... Terrible mistake on my part what a fool I was to risk my families lives meeting someone from craigslist

Sorry to Jump in  but could it be parasite maybe :)  ive been losing weight Dr  discover i ad blastocytis Hominis  which caused me soem troubles  also the level of stress you have might be contributing to  make you more sick believe me mind is a powerful weapon of destruction sometimes

Why ? Do you think my 8 week rapid test and 5 week pcr rna test are accurate?

You seem so strong that I am negative but what else can cause weight loss no appetite 2 month poor bowels no energy and thrush that won't heal. I don't see how you are so certain ?

I have contacted the guy I was with and caught him in lies regarding his status and testing. Teak is is possible I have this mainly in my intestine which are a mess and it is not showing in my pcr rna or antibody test at 8 weeks ..... Is it possible i have been sick for two months ..... Every day I want this thick thrush to go away just finished five days of fluconozol no luck..... I'm sorry to big you I just don't know what to do .... I have a wife and two beautiful kids I'm terrified

I have a few risky happening over the last 3 months. I hope you don't nail me for excessive posting it is just that I can't heal this thrush after so much medication and my intestines just are not working right. I have gone no less than 5 times loose a day for 8 weeks and have lost all this weight. No doctor can give me a reason. I finally have an appointment with an infectious des ease specialist on January 9 but this is killing me.

Sorry to be a pest just desperate for my health back.

You  never had an exposure. HIV is not a concern.
