Hi two days ago i had unprotected  oral sex from a hooker and i came in her mouth ( my penis was still in her mouth when i ejaculated) afterwards I noticed she had a tongue piercing. Am i at risk of HIV. Please help im really worried.

No. Mouthwash does not make one's mouth bleed. Let alone have them pour blood out their mouth.

No but she did use some mouth wash before she gave me unprotected oral would that count?

For it to even be considered a small risk, she would've had to had gallons of blood literally pouring out her mouth. I assume this wasn't the case?
