Hiv panic help *pcr rna test*

I live in kuwait .. I had portected sex with a sex worker .. after that I took hiv ag/ab test and it came non reactive at 14 days post exposure and after 18 day post exposure i ordered a multiplex pcr rna test for hiv 1 hiv 2 hbv hcv and it came not detected  for all the 4 viruses
* the hospital in kuwait send my blood sample to a london labartory ...
my question is
1- if the result on the pcr test was detected should they tell my hospital in kuwait to send onther blood sample so they do other test to see which virus was detected ? Or they test the same blood sample ?

2- is a purple rash on chest after 2 weeks after exposure a sign of acute hiv infection or is it a stress hive ?
3- is stomach pain and sounds after 3 weeks post exposure is a sign of hiv ?

Protected sex is not a risk for HIV. You had no risk for HIV and did not require testing. But since you did get them done, you can see they were negative because you had no risk in the first place.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with this which is why I did not comment on that. Symptoms are never used to determine HIV. Only risk (which yours is zero) and test results (which yours are negative because you had zero risk) matter when talking about HIV.
