Hiv rashes occurance i think

Plz reply any expert on this matter. I m going crazy mad depressed. I m male and had a protected penetrative vaginal sex with csw girl 7 weeks back and unprotected oral sex giver. I had severe fatigue and mild nausea after 16 days. Only one vomit. Then having breathlessness after 3 weeks n  cough congestion in chest without coughing for 2-3 weeks. Now having rash near waist n back like pimple or heat rash or bug bites or pinky skin which peel off after itching n then it stops itching. Different dots of pimple gets every day from last 4 weeks (3-7 week). Does hiv rash comes only once at a time or is it on different time basis means daily basis. I had sore dry throat for a day which gone by morning. My mouth gets still dry.
I dont know the condom brand which i used was latex or not and also not checked its expiry. But i think it was not tore atleast as i saw at that time.
Can condom break have small holes which cannot be seen. I asked her but she said no to having any hiv. But she is not showing any test reports.

What is the skin rash time period for early infection?

I am a cicumsized male.
I didnt had any fever r severe sore throat.
Very anxious depressed n going crazy now and thinking wat i hav done...
Scared for going to test...

Plz reply plz plz plz...

As you were advised, you had no risk for HIV.  Therefore, any symptoms you are experiencing are not related to HIV.  There isn't anything more to say about this no-risk event.

You had zero risk so you don't need to test. Condom failure results in a large visible rip down the seam, so you and she would have noticed it.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from oral. So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk. It doesn't matter if you and he were bleeding at the time either because it is effectively dead.

Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with. You used a condom so had no risk here either.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect from oral. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make it a risk.

Your symptoms are self-diagnosed, so likely to be incorrect, especially something like the cough congestion with no cough that seems real to you in your terrorized state thinking you might be dying.
you interact with other people so the odd sore throat is to be expected.
