Hiv risk after giving blowjob with bleeding lip (used condom)

Hi,
Yesterday I have a guy oral and I used a condom. There might have been precum on the outside of the condom comming from his or my hands.while I was giving oral I noticed I started to bleed from an open wound on my lip and could taste blood in my mouth. The condom did not brake and he did not cum. I am just worried about the precum on the condom. Even if I know hiv doesn't survive long outside the body.the precum might have been really fresh. Am I at any risk? Kind regards

Doesn't matter if there are cuts. HIV is inactivated in either saliva  or air and your activity is classified as saliva and air contact since there was no penetration. Zero risk.
The condom was not necessary as an oral HIV protection but it might not protect against STD.
