Hiv risk and blood result

hi everyone,  I hav a question, I had protected sex with a women twice in one night about 6 weeks ago. I developped a sore throat two weeks after that has been ongoing for four weeks now. I can see at the back of my throat it is really red and swollen near my tonsil. antibiotics did not work. I did a complete blood test the other day and it showed that my globulin protein was slightly elevated. What is my risk from hiv? Does my blood test hint at infection?
