Hiv risk from one time exposure

Hi doctors,
I'm a male 37 years old, circumcised, I live in Florida and not sexually active. I was stupid enough to have unprotected vaginal and oral sex with an escort girl 5 days ago. The girl told me she is clean and again I was stupid enough to believe that! Long story short.. I didn't last inside of her more than a minute for like 3 times.. I haven't ejaculated inside of her as well..
What are the risks of catching hiv supposed she is HIV+. I can't see any symptoms till now but I'm extremely tired all the time and can't stop thinking about it.
I would really reallyyyy appreciate any input on this.
The guilt is eating me from inside and fear is stopping me from sleeping..

And I know you don't want to hear this, but refrain from having sex with your wife or use a condom. Newly infected people have the highest viral loads which makes it go from 0.5 and 10000 to 1 in 1000. I know you want your wife to be safe as well. Until you test at 28 days that would be the best

I wanted to add that I'm married and I've never done that before and will NEVER do it again..
