Hiv risk

Hello everyone. I'm a 20 year old sailor. I just joined sea life. I came to a port in china. Since I'm too young I'm very scared of aids so I'm really careful. I had protected vaginal intercourse with a sex worker. I was too drunk. So my concern is while Im in the process I keep checking if my condom is torn. So after sometime when I took out my penis I realised the condom had come off maybe because I wasn't hard as I keep thinking if the condom is going to tear. As far as i remember not too sure bcz i was too drunk. She checked the condom it wasn't torn and as far as I remember I had no fluid on my penis and the condom was stuck somewhere near her *** ( not too sure, just have a blur image of it )I'm not even sure if I penetrated inside. Do I run a chance of having hiv? Since I'm a sailor I can't even get tested. Please advice I'm really tensed.

Losing the condom on withdrawal is not a risk for HIV.  It;s a common problem, that's easily remedied by holding onto the condom at the base of your penis while you withdraw.

The only way condom protected sex becomes a risk is if the condom breaks (which is very obvious), or if it comes off, and you continue to penetrate your partner.

Yes, It's possible the condom slid off as you pulled out. If that was the case, you would not have experienced an exposure. Second, acute HIV infection, also known as ARS, symptoms are vague and mimic hundreds of other afflictions. Symptoms are never used to diagnose HIV infection, only testing can confirm an infection. I would not try to worry too much and I would not consider your exposure high risk. If you need peace of mind, I would recommend speaking with the ship's doctor about your exposure. As a former sailor myself, I can assure you, you will not be the first, or the last sailor to have had a slip up with a hooker in port. More than likely he will either tell you not to worry about it, or will recommend testing as he/she see fit.

And last Q - since my home port is 6 months away. If I have no symtoms for the next 2-3 weeks. Can I have a proper peace of mind and believe I'm not infected?

First, try to calm down. Female to male HIV transmission through vaginal sex is exceedingly rare. If the head of your penis was covered then you had no risk. However, it sounds as if you are not sure. So, you may have experienced a slight risk. It also seems as though it was brief. I'm not sure of the odds in China. But, in most places in North America the odds of a man contracting HIV from a one time, unprotected encounter with a woman of unknown status is 1 in a 1,000,000. Im sure it's not to much different in China.
Second, the CSW had you use a condom. That's a good sign that she practices safe sex with her clients. Keep in mind CSWs use condoms to protect themselves, not you. This fact should be indicative that there is a high probability that she is NOT HIV+. Which, she would have to be, if you were to have a legitimate risk.
I am sure your military branch (not sure which country) performs regular physicals and medical check ups, and I would be very surprised if bloodwork and standard STD screenings are not included in those tests. You can, in fact, test for HIV. Again, not sure where you are but, I'm sure you can find an anonymous testing center once you return to your home port. And, the ship's medical bay should be equipped to test you as well. You would not be the first sailor that had a slip up with a hooker while on shore leave and needed some peace of mind.
As for testing, a DUO test (tests for the P24 antigen and HIV antibodies) is conclusive at 4 weeks, a standard antibody test is 95% accurate at 4 weeks and the rapid antibody tests, such at Oraquick, are conclusive as 12 weeks.
