Hiv risk??

I am new to this forum and nervous and embarrassed but here goes.. Approx 2 months ago I met someone who I thought was normal and single. We had a couple deep kissing/ make out sessions. 2 times I gave him a handjob, 1 of those times he wanted oral I put my mouth on the  side of it ( not the head) for literally 2 seconds and moved away because I didn't feel right about it because of diseases anyway he jerker off and got some on my face which I think some may have gotten in my eye. I wiped my face off immediately and washed it a little while later. I have been a wreck since this incident because I later found out he was married, had a long term girlfriend who is at least with one other man and he  also was meeting prostitutes online. I swear I don't know I how I find these people.
So my question is was it my risk of having hiv from the deep kissing/2 second mouth on side of penis/ semen in eye? I took an oraquick at about 8 weeks after and it was negative but the nurse doing it told me they are not reliable and to take a blood test. The dr then came in and said she was wrong. And they are accurate. It was negative. Although I had a drink about 30 minutes before and had a lot of saliva on the stick. What do I do now?  Was I at risk? Do I need to retest?
Thank you

No, having hepatitis would not affect your ability to produce antibodies, so your test would be conclusive.

I know it's awful!  Not sure if you read my original  post but I took an oraquick at 8 weeks which was neg and from the comments on here I was feeling pretty good about it  until I came accross the hepatitis info which I had no clue about and didn't test for so now I'm beyond worried again.  Wishing you good luck on your test

Hi so I am going this week for my 12 week test. I just have one concern. I did not get tested for anything else at the time I originally took the oraquick test. Was it possible for me to catch hepatitis from this event and if so I've read  hepatitis could possibly delay a positive hiv test and produce a false negative  antibody test out to 12 months, is that correct?  I just want to make sure my test will be conclusive. Thank you

From what I've heard hep itself doesn't affect the test results, the only thing that would delay the results would be taking antiviral med for hep other than that your test should be fine. I'm also waiting for my 12 week checkup and the anxiety is killing me I've had a 4th gen test at 7 weeks neg but im still terrified

Contact of semen with eye is not a high risk activity. As I said, your 8 weeks test is highly reassuring and will not going to change in the weeks to come. You may repeat the same test after 4 weeks to get a final and conclusive report and move on with your life normally. The result of your final 12/13 weeks will remain the same

I'm having terrible anxiety about this and I feel like an idiot. Everything I have read online is so contradicting about the exposure. Just wanted to thank you for your reassuring comment.

Thank you very much for your response. I just have  one more question just for my own knowledge. Before my posting I read some articles about semen in the eyes a couple said no risk, others say high risk. What do you think the risk is? I guess that nurse and dr. With conflicting opinions really freaked me out. After I questioned what the nurse said to the dr. She told me to just wait a month and then come back if I felt is was necessary, but she said she didn't feel the need to put me through a blood test. Weird right?  I would like to go in now for the test you suggested but I feel awkward asking after the encounter with them.. If I wait the month and just do another rapid test when I go back would that be considered accurate/ conclusive?  Sorry I guess that was 2 questions instead of one. Thanks again for your time.

In addition I forgot to add I got a case of oral thrush and a respiratory infection about 2 weeks after these incidents. I know they say symptoms don't mean anything but i just wanted to put it out there
