Hiv scare

I had unprotected sex with a one night stand with another man 16 days ago. On day 13 i didnt feel right light headache felt feverish but no fever tempt was at the highest 98.9. Immideately jumped on google and investigated symptoms. Day 14 i still felt light headache and actually did run a fever of at the highest 100 degrees. Again jumped on google and freaked my self out to even self diagnosing myself with HIV. Saturday had very light headache and again felt feverish but read no fever on thermometer. I again jumped on google to look up symptoms freaking my self out.
Day 15 i told my mother i needed to be tested that i may have had exposure. I also told my partner about the situation. And that i was going to take a rna 4th gen test on day 16. Almost immeadiately after talking about it with my loved ones my fever feeling was gone as was my headache. I have no other symptoms except loss of appitite. However i realize it is still too early to tell. Im scared and dont know what to do.

Your symptoms can't diagnose HIV. From experience stay off Google man. Trust me. If it was man on man than if it was unprotected than it was a high risk. But just because its high risk does not mean guaranteed contraction. The odds for negative is still very much in your favor. Just chill and stay busy and take a duo at 28 days. I'm not a doctor or and expert on HIV but anxiety and stress can do damage man. Breath easy and wait.

Hello,
Unprotected sex poses a risk of HIV transmission.
An HIV test at the right time will give you accurate results.
A 4th generation test should be done at 4 weeks post exposure and a simple HIV test at three months post exposure.
Keep calm and test at the right time.
Take care
