Hiv test after 8 months

Greetings!
thank you for being always ready to help anyone who needs you. I am anxious because I had an unprotected sexual relationship with a woman I knew in a Bar and 8 months later I got a HIV test and turned negative. my question is 1- a is the test result final or should I test again?
2- test done in a private and expensive hospital but worries about the fact that only the HIV should read should I be worried about hiv 2? I've heard that it's a duo, but I do not know exactly.
thank you very much

Any test is conclusive after 3 months so you are safe.

thank you very much. Why do many people continue to do many tests even after 3 months knowing that there is no need to reload? there is a documented case that is positive after a negative test of more than 3 months?
I'm going through a constant anxiety so I'm interested in a wider information. Forgive me if I was wrong somewhere.
You aren't doing anything wrong to ask a question.  But people probably could only guess what motivates people who either had no risk or a conclusive negative test result to keep testing.  Anxiety?  Mental health issues?  Guilt?  Who knows.  But you don't have to go down that road yourself.  Trust your result and move on with your life.  You are negative.
thank you very much for your response. I am a student and this anxiety is affecting me very badly in my life. I can not learn or work a bit. when I did the test I went to a specialist doctor with many experiences and he told me that you have nothing to worry but I when I read on the internet I feel very bad.
You need to quit googling HIV cold turkey before you will be able to relax. You can get E coli from a hamburger, but does that mean you need an E coli test after every meal? You can't even have HIV, yet you are obsessing over it and testing for nothing so your perspective isn't making sense.
I meant that you are obsessing over HIV even though you got a negative result, and thinking you need to continue testing, for no reason.
