Hiv testing, bisexual partner and very scared!

i just found out my partner of unknown status from May had unprotected anal sex with another man, I don't think it's his first time!! i'm a female and we've been together twice. First time condom was used but he removed so I went on PEP, tested negative that was back in December.
Second time was May 9th I was intoxicated but I do recall he had put on condom but there's a few minutes I thought I felt either his fingers or his naked penis. He had a difficult time maintaining an erection and did not ejaculate. He preformed oral on me.  I've asked him to please get tested since he confided he's had unprotected screen and is bisexual,  he swears our last encounter was protected and he th and that he had sex with a man in June after our time together . I am definitely planning on testing this week as I have my doubts about all of it and it's been 4 months since. I don't recall smelling like latex afterwards plus I'm allergic to it so if he used a condom the whole time I should have had some kind of reaction! My new current partner just tested negative but we were jut together about a month ago. How lucky is it that I'm now infected?

thank you for answering.i was being ok about it immediately after the act thinking it was indeed protected but now I'm not so sure, especially with his confessions of unprotected sex with men, plus he's lost at least 10lbs and looks unwell. I was already blessed back in December when there was brief unprotected penetration so I chose to take the PEP. I'm hoping I'm blessed a second time. I don't understand how he can go around sleeping with  whomever and has ZERO concern for himself others or me. My test is Tuesday.

if you have any doubt that you had unprotected sex, then better to test. thankfully he didn't ejaculate in you, so if he was hiv+, then your risk is low, but still worth a test i think. i'd be surprised if it is a positive result.
