Hiv through open cut scary pleasre Help

I went to the bar last night. Some guy hit the wall and cut himself on his knuckles of his right hand, he handed to me the pool stick and my right hand was covered with blood around my thumb and my index fingertip. 2 days before that I cut my index fingertip. I had broken skin that I scratched on side of my thumb with no bleeding, with this guy's blood
and my index fingertip open cut had one rain drop on the cut(which I dont know if its open cut cause its 2 days after I cut it and i was no bleeding just some scab liquid,red rush around it and burning when I washed my hands or used sanithiser)
If the gut have HIV or any disease virus can I get something from him?
what should I do? How should I act

by the way I washed my hands 10 times a min after with soap and hot water than I used sanithiser as well. Paranoia
