Hiv transmission

Hello, stupidly I recieved unprotected oral sex form a CSW a couple months ago. I had a slight bruise from masturbating in my penis, not bleeding or anything, lust like a scrape.
Are there any chances I could get infected in case she is positive?

Any insight will be greatlhy appreciated. really freaking out

Yes, you can absolutely take this as a definitive result.  You do not have to worry about this incident any longer.  :)

Just for my peace of mind, I got tested today, 5 months after this incident. Took a rapid HIV test, which came out negative, can I take this as a definite result?

Thank you very much for your answer. It is just that I am so afraid of this disease that I think there are many possiblities I could get infected and that was one of them.

Since i think so much about it, I even doubt if I used or not a condom, which I did, but always fear the worst.

No risk, HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
