Hiv worries

Hi - Please help i'm worried sick.

This has been playing on my mind for almost a year now and i dont know what to do.
I met this girl in a bar and we went out for just 2 weeks. In that time she told me she had been raped - but didnt say if she had hiv or not.
I had sex with this girl twice - both times i used a condom.  However, on one occasion we did quite a lot of foreplay and even though we didnt have full sex, afterwards i noticed a considerable amount of blood on my fingers. I didnt use my fingers to stimulate her so i assume the blood was mine (because i had cut myself on the knuckles earlier on in the day). But I dont know this for sure.
On another occasin I used my fingers to stimulate her and i noticed a small cut on one of my fingers - this was fairly fresh.

My questions are:

1) If the blood on my fingers was not mine and indeed hers - is there a possibility of hiv infection if it got into my cuts?

2) Can you get hiv from a fresh cut - say if you just cut yourself in the process of foreplay and them put your fingers in a womans vagina?
