Hiv

Hello I've been involved in oral and anal sex with a transexual escort.
Oral was mutually unprotected but anal sex was protected.
I came inside and when I pull out and the codom stayed inside and some lube got on my shaft.
This happened on the 23rd of last month. And so far diareha has been a constant side effect since then.
I have a feeling something is wrong and so I want to know what test would give me the fastest yet accurate results and what place can I get them at for free. I live in Orlando.
I've been anxious and guilty every day and never had the courage to post anything. Worst decision I've made my entire life :(
Hope you guys can help, thank you.

KUDOS for using condoms ! ! !

nothing that you've described put you at risk for contracting hiv.  oral sex does not transmit hiv...there's over a dozen different proteins and enzymes in the mouth that render hiv unable to infect.

protected sex = safe sex.

continue to use condoms for vaginal / anal intercourse.

testing is not needed
