Hive symptoms

I know i being stupid and all asking the same question over and over again but then i have sore throat and recently i keeping having headaches consectuively for 4 days and red spots appear all over my body and also sometimes white things appear in my gum...I have a penis cut for three years and no medical attention sought and i shared underwaer with my brother(washed) last time.Will i get Hiv?
