Home HIV test.....which ones

Hello all.....dont wanna bore eveyone with my exposure story and the anxiety that I am currently going through.  Have an appointment with my doctor in 3 weeks for STD and HIV testing....but in the meantime to ease my anxiety I want to purchase a home HIV test.  Can anyone tell me which ones are reputable and more accurate.  Thanks in advance....this is a great resourse for those of us who seek answers.

If you are in the US, there is only one approved home test kit. That is Home Access.

If you ask me, I would suggest you to go for a rapid test instead of a home access.

WHY ? Because;

1. I have seen people having problems in accepting their home test results
2. It has to be administered exactly in the same fashion as it is mentioned
3. Not all home tests are FDA approved.

Go for a rapid test, you'd get your result in 15-20 mins and it's very reliable.
