Horrible lymph node pain

Hello, 3 weeks after becoming exposed to HIV 16 years ago lymph nodes all over my body become pretty big and painful and have remained that way.   One on my neck was riding a nerve and causing such excrutiating pain that I had it surgically removed. Well all my lymph nodes in front of my ears, under my jaw, on my neck, in the back of my head at the bottom of my hair line, under my arm pits, in my groin, they are all the size of a silver dollar and they are not sore when you push on them but they send out awful tweeking stabbing horrible pain. Im sick of being on pain medicine and went off of the pain killers for a week. I became soooo  miserable. MY QUESTION IS... CAn I live without my lymph nodes if I talk my Dr into letting me surgically remove all my lymph nodes? Do I really need them? My counts are excellent but I hate being on pain pills because I cant feel my penis anymore. Im so numb I cant have sex, but off the pain pills Im so miserable I dont want to live.  If surgically removing all my lymph nodes is not an option is there any drugs or other treatments out there for reducing the size of lymph nodes? Thanks in advance for your help and / advice.....   xoxoxo

The condom broke, I gave oral to her along with rimming, how protected is that? 100% no risk, along with lymph node swelling and a "cured" Typhoid Fever that is still showing as active in my last analysis? Doesnt sound so logical to me. Maybe I got misdiagnosed with Typhoid Fever after having high antibodies against it due that I live in Mexico and Im always eating in the street. That sounds more logical doesnt it?

Nothing is wrong with Teak. You never had an HIV concern. You had protected sex.

Whats wrong with you? Im trying to know if I have HIV, thats all, I dont have a conclusive negative result, nor Im posting excessively, this is just not right, Im asking him if he was actually diagnosed with HIV because I appear to have the same lymph node problem than he has and is a very suggestive thing that bothers me.

Do you have HIV? I got a swollen lymph node under my jaw that hasnt gone away, even after I got cured from a "cold". I got tested negative at 50 days and was pretty positive about it but now I dont think Im all that happy anymore.
