How accurate is 1 month Test

How accurate is HIV antibody test after 1 month of possible exposure. Considering the symptoms and my research on the internet has made go crazy. I feel much at ease now that the test came negative, but how accurate is this? Should i test once a month for the next 3 months just to be sure, i hear in some rare cases test positive after 3 months. Dealing with this HIV test and long period of waiting is not the best way to start the year, but its a great lesson to learn.

You're right! even as we speaking i do have a dry mouth and slight feel the canker sore. in other words, symptoms dont mean much.

However I did experaince the fever, headache, nightsweats, dirahea, chills. The only thing that gave me hope was not having a sore throat, and rashes although that can be easily missed.

If anything the thrush, hand numbness, and nightsweats really messed with my mind. because i do read these are possible symptoms not always common but do appear in some cases.

unlike most who wear condom half way or worry about oral sex, i honestly had a real risk. Therefore experiancing these symptoms in addition only made expect the worse.

I think with month puts me in the 60-65% hopefully it stays that way.

None of your symptoms are indictative of HIV. HIV has no specific symptoms.
