How big a risk am I at?

Okay so I read this is supposed to be short and brief so here is a timeline of what happened followed by questions.

Early July - Guy #2 had protected sex with a girl, but gave unprotected oral to her.
Aug 1st - I had protected sex with my bf (guy #1, but later on gave him unprotected oral. He "came" in my mouth and yes I swallowed.
Aug 21st - Repeat of Aug 1st. We broke up later on the following day.
Late Aug - Guy #2 had blood work done
Early Sept - I gave unprotected oral to guy #2. He came in my mouth but I didn't swallow.
Late Sept - Found out that guy #1 had a positive HIV test. Totally freaked out and went to get tested. All negative :)
Mid Oct. - Guy #2 came over. We had protected anal sex, and protected oral but after I pulled off the condom I licked the last little bit off.
Nov 4th - Had the rapid point HIV test done (negative) and still awaiting results for the full screening which I'll get on tuesday.

My questions are:

How big a risk is guy #2 at of having HIV or something else from the girl he preformed unprotected oral on, especially something life threatening?

If he happens to have HIV, how big a risk am I at or having it now?

The answer does not change...you had no risk. Oral sex has been shown not to be a risk for HIV.

Oh okay, thanks. I just read a lot that it's possible to get if they have it and if the one giving has an open sore or cut in their mouth.

Guess I can worry less now

I just found out that his blood work never included specific STD or HIV testing, and you can get HIV orally so what's my risk factor now?

Also would you happen to know how long you have to wait until HIV will show if you think you got it orally? I know for anal/vaginal sex it's 3 months.
