The repaid test at home are 90% accrued for give positive and remaining as false positive and test like elisa are 100% accrued in giving negative given the person had pass the window period and 99.6% accrued for positive result ..which mean in given 1000 result possible that .04%( 4 person) will be false positive ...that a reason why a person with positive test are send for more testing and etc...
i agree with AnixousinAk to consult the infectious disease specialist for your situation ... westernblot are result are consider conclusive but still visit the specialist ...
I'm pretty sure the Western Blot is the confirmatory test. As is supposed to be more sensitive. If that came back negative, this I'd be pretty confident your HIV status is negative. However, it may be beneficial to consult with an Infectious Disease specialist or your local HIV clinic to confirm. They would know more. But, I would be confident you are negative.
