How contagiois is HIV?

I attended a hotel party with some of my friends. They engage in the "hobby", which I quit some months ago. Somehow, I got attracted back in. They give me a number and a photo. I go for it and go to the room.

When I get there a woman is there in bra and panties. She has psoriasis or eczema all over her chest, abdomen, and back. I immediately hesitated and asked for protection. She pulls out a drawer, and I saw a syringe. I put my coat back on. She kept hugging me though. But I managed to leave without having sex at all.

And I was tense because I dont know if that skin rash she had was contagious.

In fact, she could have HIV.

My question: Am I at risk for HIV or some drug induced rash?

HIV isn't contagious, meaning it cannot be contracted through simple contact with another person, even if the person has a skin rash and you huge her (with or without clothes on).  HIV is infectious, and in adults, can only be contracted by having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or by sharing IV drug needles.
