How do you know?

I think the person I had sex with might be HIV+, in hindsight, he says he isn't but I am really worried. What should I  do now to be proactive?
I guess not knowing for sure he has it  they will not allow me to take the PEP?
Gosh, that was a stupid mistake... sigh..
very very Worried please help with any advice.

If it fell off on withdraw it isn't a risk.

No risk for oral.

Vaginal risk as follows...

If protected - No risk.
If unprotected - 1/1000 per exposure IF the person was hiv positive.
About 1/10,000 people are positive (assuming you're in a western country)

Was your vaginal sex condom protected?
Your oral exposure is of no concern.
