How high is my risk?

8 years ago I had unprotected anal sex with another male.  It went on for about 3 or 4 minutes and I got scared and asked him to stop.  He did, he never came.

In the years since thinking it was safer I performed oral sex on other men swallowing their ***.  Not every time but a far amount.  I did this maybe 20 times total over a four year period.  I have not been with anyone in the last 4 years.  I have been healthy and never had any kind of symptoms.  I did get sick once with the swollen nodes on a trip to vegas but one of the other guys on the trip came down with the same thing.

Given my exposure what is my overall risk?  Should I be tested?  I feel fine but I read it can take up to ten years to get sick.  Please help

There is certainly a level of risk there, especially from the anal sex. However, swallowing semen, while less dangerous, is still not risk free by any means. It would be a good idea to get tested. If your exposures, while definitely not low-risk, have been limited to what you describe, you are most likely negative. But the only way to know for sure is to get the test done. Find a clinic that does the 20-minute test. You'll be in and out in less than half and hour and can move on with your life.

Well, if you get tested you will know for sure if you have the virus. You did have risk from your exposures from before.
