How many tests are enough to confirm HIV neg?

Hi,

Im hoping someone can give me some reassurance.  I had a risky exposure about 6 months ago with an
unknown male, unprotected anal.  I've been tested at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 13 weeks, all negative.  two were
blood (ELISA?) and one was a rapid oral.  I've read so much conflicting information about window periods and
conclusive timeframes for HIV testing.  Can I trust that my test results are reliable? what are the odds that I could
still test positive after having 3 negative tests? Im debating whether or not to take a 6 month test....just trying to move on and learn from my mistake.  I would appreciate some feedback.  Thank you.

There are no HIV tests marketed or sold to give a conclusive negative test result earlier than 3 months.
