How soon if Positive?

How soon if Positive?

How soon could a person who is positive for HIV, actually test positive?  Is there a statics page, or literature that I could look into about this subject?

Sigh...most people will test poz by 4-6 weeks...there are countless threads on the subject.

However, if I were you I'd try to stay off the subject entirely...it will only feed your anxiety while you are waiting to test. Stay off the internet...keep busy...watch movies...get outside...go to the gym...and the time will go by fast

The window period is 4 weeks to 3 months and a conclusive negative test result is 3 months post exposure. There are NO tests or marketed to give anyone a conclusive negative test earlier than 3 months post exposure.
