How soon untill next stage?

Hello - I am 99.99% sure I do not have HIV - but this question is more out of general curiosity - after one goes through the ARS symptoms, what happens next?  Do you automatically become more susceptible to colds (flu, common cold, etc)?  And I heard that things like boils can develop easily in people with HIV.  I am just curious because I have had some boils recently and am just wondering if this is the "next stage".

Thanks everyone.

People that are positive don't get colds any easier than those that are negative. Those with HIV get flu vaccinations and pneumonia vaccinations like most people that are HIV negative.
