I NEED YOUR HELP

Hello!I had a sexual relationship with guy that we met on Internet four years ago.Im a male as well. The man was of unknown status. The things what I worried is that he tried to rub his penis on my anus after erection for 3 minutes without condom, and before that he put saliva around my anus as a lubricant  .He said he flet  a little heat on the tip of his penis ,that means his penis was inside my anus a little bit,and he told  me  no prenetration,so I  think it is just few millimeters around the anus cause  I didn't feel the sensation I normally have and nothing went inside my rectum  ) So I've  got  two things to make sure:
1. Is that actual penetration and if that puts me at risk?
2. Do I need a test?( Im so scared to have a test)

As our members are telling you, no one here will know if you were penetrated or not.  Only you know and since you don't, the only option is for you to take a test.  Any test you take now would be conclusive as our members state.  We wish you the best.

This happened 4 YEARS ago? As AnxiousNoMore has told you, take ANY test now for a conclusive result. You can purchase a quality home test kit and get your answer without having to see your doctor, since that is apparently an issue for you. Have you not had any exposures since this one 4 years ago? If you have, depending on when they happened, our advice to you could change.

First  of all thank you for your response. I  dont have any exposure before this happened.I just noticed this might put me at risk recently so I started to worry about that. Two more questions here:
1.Is my behavior called"dipping" that you mentioned in this forum?
2. I wont be worried anymore if no need to test, but
seems like I need test, right? Is this high risk?

If there was no penetration, there was no risk and you stated you have experience and know there was no feeling of penetration.
However, since this has been bothering you for 4 years, and you know you had no risk, the simplest resolution would be to take any test, collect your negative result and put this behind you. There is no reason to fear a test if you are negative, but you state you are afraid so talk it over with your doctor before you test so he can explain the value in not having to worry about this anymore.
