I am HIV +??

I am a  23 yr old female and at  the end of semptember 2011 I had unprotected sex with a guy for no more than 2 mins. I dont believe that he ejaculated in me but I am extremely paranoid because pre-cum can carry the virus as well. Its now november 25 2011 and  i have had thrush in my mouth for about 2 weeks and I know that oral thrush is a symptom of an acute HIV infection. However, two weeks prior to my thrush infection i took one antibiotic pill, Bactrim ds whichwas left over pill from my mother's previous prescription. I took the antibiotic because i thought that I was comming down with some sort of nasal infection. I also know that antibiotics can cause thrush but i only took one pill, so i am almost certain i am infected with the virus. I know that the obvious thing is to get tested and put my mind at ease but i am terrifeid out of mind. Please give me some advice, and some one  words of encourangement.

Relax ! There are many odds in your favor. Your chances of getting infection would exist only if your partner was a Poz. And probability of him being Poz is not very high. Secondly, not everyone gets infected in a couple of events of unprotected sex.

Having said that, risk is there, no matter how small it is, but it is not zero. Without paying attention towards your symptoms (because symptoms are misleading in most of the cases), I would suggest you to get yourself tested for HIV antibody anytime after 3 months of your exposure, get a conclusive report and lay all your worries to rest permanently

thanx a lot sir,,but sometimes i get scared and tend to think a lot on this issue..Actually m afraid of red spots appearing on my hands, face and back....is it an HIV Rash..they are flat Red spots which never appeared before....help....
aslo if its not due to HIV is there any risk of other STD and is the symptoms related to them,,,,,?..awaiting ur reply..

Symptoms or lack of will not tell you anything about your status. The only way to know your status is by testing.

I know its just the thrush that is worrying me, and i have been  feeling extremely fatigued. What do u think is causing the thrush? I know thrush is not normal in adults

I think you need to disregard symptoms and take a test.
