I am a Chinese, have some question about HIV

I am a Chinaese girl.
I have some question about HIV.
One day ,I  bought some oranges.
I return to my home .
After about 20 minutes.
I ate some oranges.
Then,I See some red liquids on the orange.
Look like some fresh bloods .
There is ulcer in my mouth.Break in my mouth.
My mother also ate some  oranges, her hand had wound.
I am very worry!
Oranges are in the plastic bag. Oranges are moist. Oranges are in the wet environment.
Because ,at China said that if the blood is wet, there are still some hiv alive in the blood until it dry.

You had no risk. HIV is deactivated shortly after it is exposed outside of the body.
