You should NEVER rely on anyone's assessment of their HIV status both because they may lie or not know they have been infected. It is your responsibility to protect yourself. As LIZZIE has said, HIV virus can found in pre-ejaculate. Your other tests are NOT relevant where HIV is concerned. . It was VERY unlikely that the"guy" was HIV +. If he were POSITIVE the risk would still be low due it being only a single episode and as you've said, there was NO ejaculation
